UV Music Club

What happens when music legends build a club? The visual identity for Club UV had to be as dynamic as the sound of its founders, the leaders of the alternative band CKOD.
PROBLEM
We set out to create a brand that doesn’t just sit still, but vibrates with the raw energy of a late-night set and a crowded dance floor. Everything centers around a minimalist geometric symbol, where sharp diagonal lines mimic the flicker of ultraviolet rays cutting through the dark. This visual movement is balanced by a sophisticated sans-serif typeface, drawing direct inspiration from the gritty, independent poster culture that defines the underground scene. The final result is a visual pulse that serves as a tribute to the alternative world — raw, authentic, and constantly in motion.
RESULT
The scope included a new logotype, promotional materials, and a visual system designed to serve as a foundation for future releases. The centerpiece of the project is Kwazar’s album “Selecta”, released as a 12-inch vinyl record and cassette tape, accompanied by a custom sleeve, informational insert, posters, stickers, and T-shirt graphics.

The design draws inspiration from Warsaw’s Praga district, its street markets, raw textures, and the analogue atmosphere of the recording studio.
A vivid, high-contrast color palette was used to reflect the energy and diversity of the music, as well as the collaborative nature of the contributing artists.A key visual element is the screen printing technique, applied both directly on the cover and on a protective transparent foil. The overlapping layers create an interference effect, adding visual depth and encouraging tactile interaction with the physical object. The process required close collaboration with the client to establish a visual language aligned with their artistic vision.

The album was produced in a limited edition of 300 copies, becoming a collectible object that unites music, print, and design into one coherent experience.
